I ordered 3 blinds that are defective. The cord lock mechanism is defective so the blinds will not lower by pulling the cord to the left. I finally got one lowered to see that2 slats are in the same slot. It has been a nightmare trying to tesolve the issue. Six emails, two web chats, and many phone calls just give me the run around. Terrible product and terrible customet service

I finally received my blind from Steve`s that i orderd in June....size ordered was 20x30...the size I received was 17 5/8x 28....can`t they read a tape measure...very disappointed in this company...I will never order from this company again...
